I approach counseling with a trauma-informed perspective and the fundamental belief that we are all whole individuals. Each of us unique; equally deserving of love, understanding, and compassion; and capable of making positive changes to achieve well-being, contentment, and meaningful connection. While many factors may interrupt your ability to live life fully, my goal is to help you identify, understand, and resolve your own unique life stressors.

What is the cost of this offering?

Existing Patients: $200 per hour (a supplement to ongoing work)
New Patients: $___ per hour (a stand-alone offering only)

What is the process?

Initial Consultation (virtual): 15 minutes
explain what happens in this session

Intake Consultation (in-person or virtual): 90 minutes
this is a no-obligation inquiry session……etc

Series of Intensive Sessions: 3 hour blocks
After the intake, we will schedule a series of intensives - 3 hour sessions from anywhere from 1 to 3 consecutive days….

Follow-Up Session (in-person or virtual): 90 minutes
Within a week or two, we will schedule a follow-up
