Earth Day Musing

“make your mind like the earth which receives all things steadily.”

The Creation of Adam by Matt Wallford

So grateful for this life on earth, surrounded by all its magic and mystery. Left to be what it is, the natural world is our truest example of harmony.

The buddha was said to have sat directly on the earth for meditation. Difficulties always arise in the mind, and earth is always the witness. Where we come from, where we are nourished. The place to which we all return.

Enjoy your place on this earth and be harmonious with everything + everyone around you.
